Any order that is received and is in stock will normally be shipped out first class within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, subject to stock).

We will contact you if there is likely to be any delay with your order and you then have the choice of either waiting for the item or cancelling your order.

Unfortunately, delays can occur owing to circumstances outside of our control and therefore, we incur no liability for delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated time-scales.

Delivery costs

Payment
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. We do not take responsibility for any errors in the pricing of the goods on our website or in our catalogue as mistakes do occur from time to time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you will then be able decide if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order and any monies you have paid to us will be refunded. All orders are processed in GB Pounds Sterling at the prices displayed at time of order. All goods supplied are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee.

Returns policy
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, there is a 7 day cooling off period where an order can be cancelled within 7 working days from when the goods are received. The product should be unused and in perfect condition, whereby a full refund including the original delivery charges will be given. The goods will have to be sent back at your own cost. If the product is faulty, you can return it to us within 30 days. We will exchange the item or issue you a credit or refund for the purchase price of the item by your original method of payment. We will refund reasonable postage costs you have incurred if you are returning a faulty item.

For your own protection, it is recommended that you should send the products back using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. Please ensure that items are safely packaged as we cannot be held responsible for goods returned damaged or lost while in transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

To return any item, please email us at support@ptcompany.co.uk. Please do not return any product without contacting us first.

Note: Custom painted and specially ordered items cannot be returned for refund unless they are faulty.
